About the Author
Bubbles for Life grew out of my own journey — learning to see the good, the beautiful, and the true even in the midst of difficulty and hardship.
I’ve been discovering how to live, as Jesus taught, with a sense of lightness in a heavy world — to love each moment for all it’s worth, to walk in the Kingdom Rhythm He offers, and to notice beauty, goodness, and truth expressed daily.
Along the way, I’ve been humbled by those who share their stories and hearts, reminding me that when our bubbles rise side by side, shimmering in refracted colors, we help each other heal, laugh, and love.
Our Story
Bubbles for Life was birthed in a car ride in May of 2025 with my wife, Diane, and me, as she was sharing her heart about reaching underprivileged kids in the Fort Myers. We bantered back and forth about how kids are the way Jesus so often asks us to see the world and where the hierarchy of The Kingdom begins!
We began to Marvel at what kids do so well! They marvel and are amazed! What better things do kids Marvel at then bubbles that float through the air suspending time, problems, and floating freely through space.
We laughed together and had fun thinking about how fun kids church actually is. A place where everybody has fun! Where bubbles rise and come alive and everybody has a bubble wand and bubbles to blow as many as possible. After all, when blowing bubbles, you nearly always smile and your imagination is captivated.
Why shouldn’t big kids and adults begin to see life through bubbles – through a place of wonder and amazement in each moment of each day?
This is what kicked off the book, bubbles for life. And now, the Bubbles For Life community, opens its doors to hear the stories of your life’s journey.
So with a website, videos, written stories, and gatherings that we hope to have, to celebrate the life that God has given us, we invite anyone who has something inspiring to share that will lift the rest of us up to live late in a heavy world.
